When you agree and start a request, the business fields, your message and this demo’s visible history are sent to OpenAI to generate a reply. The conversation stays in this tab’s memory; TLART does not save its content in the demo database. Response storage is disabled in the API, although the provider may retain records under its policies.
Cloudflare serves this page and processes requests. We use a signed technical cookie lasting up to 24 hours and temporary usage counters to limit abuse and costs. Counters store a session identifier and a cryptographic hash of the IP address, never the plain IP. They are cleaned daily, retaining at most the current and previous two days. Infrastructure may create technical logs according to its configuration.
The basis for sending content to OpenAI is your consent, which you can withdraw for future use by stopping the demo. Technical abuse prevention serves the legitimate interest of maintaining the service. Providers may process data outside the EEA; review their policies and applicable safeguards: OpenAI y Cloudflare.
There are no bookings, social media messages or automatic contact with TLART. The contact function prepares an email; you decide whether to send it. If sent, we use the information you include to answer your business enquiry, separately from the demo.
For privacy questions or access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability requests, use the contact above. You may also contact your data protection authority. Deleting cookies or closing the tab removes local access to the demo, but not records the AI provider must retain under its policy.
Language preference: we store your ES, DE or EN choice in a technical cookie for up to one year to keep your language between pages. It contains no business details or conversation content. Change the language with the selector or delete the cookie in your browser.
