Contact and project information
We use your name, business, email, optional phone number and enquiry to respond to your request and prepare the service you ask about. No automatic advertising subscription is created and submitting the form does not enter into a contract. Private project information and images are available only to the authorised client and TLART team. Keep your original image files.
Website assistant
Only after you agree and send a message, your message and the recent conversation in this tab are sent to OpenAI to generate a reply. TLART does not save the chat content in its database. Responses use store:false; the provider may retain technical records under its policies. Do not share sensitive or confidential information, passwords or customer data. The assistant cannot book appointments, access private accounts or notify our team. Close the tab to discard the local conversation.
Providers, security and retention
Cloudflare hosts this website and stores enquiries and projects. OpenAI processes assistant messages. These providers may process data outside the EEA under their applicable terms and safeguards. Security counters use a daily hashed identifier and are removed through the daily cleanup. Enquiries without follow-up are removed after 90 days. Projects are retained while necessary to prepare or deliver the service and meet applicable obligations. No advertising pixels or advertising analytics are enabled here by default.
Your choices and rights
Contact processing responds to your request for information or preparation of a service. The optional assistant uses your consent for sharing chat content with the AI provider; stop using it to withdraw future participation. Security controls protect the service against abuse. Contact info@tlartservices.com to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. You may complain to the competent supervisory authority. We may need to verify your identity.
External services
WhatsApp only opens when you follow its link; you decide whether to send a message. Google verifies your identity if you select Google sign-in in the private portal. We never receive your Google password. The existing demo and portal have their own privacy notices. Uploading project images does not send them to AI.
